Editorial Process
Here's how a review actually gets made on BrandReviewz, from idea to published article.
1. Research
We start by looking at what a product claims to do, what real buyers say about it across multiple sources, and how it stacks up against similar products in the same category.
2. Writing
Our writers put together a review that's honest about both strengths and weaknesses. We don't publish exclusively positive reviews just because a product has an affiliate program attached — if something isn't worth buying, we say so.
3. Editorial review
Before publishing, articles are checked for accuracy, clarity, and tone. We correct factual errors as soon as we're made aware of them.
4. Keeping content current
Products get discontinued, prices change, and better alternatives come out. We periodically revisit older reviews and update them when something material changes.
Editorial independence
Affiliate commissions and sponsored content, where it exists, are always disclosed, and never influence whether a product gets a positive or negative review. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the full picture.
